What dominions/realms, other than the UK (either current or former) has HM Queen Elizabeth II opened the parliament of? And has she attended the parliaments of any of these states for any other reason?

I know that Her Majesty has opened the parliaments of Australia and New Zealand and I would venture Canada as well.

I recall that she opened the parliament of Grenada while on a Caribbean
tour.
