somehow. Does anyone know how that is - I'm just mildly curious!

those who do.

"Betsy Duncan Smith looks like the perfect Tory wife. The daughter of a
hereditary peer, Lord Cottesloe, and the seventh cousin of the late Diana,

Earl Spencer in their descent from the 1st Earl Gower, and a seventh
cousin once removed of Diana, Princess of Wales.

Perhaps someone knows of a closer connection. I think that perhaps
everybody in Debrett's/Burke's is at least a seventh cousin of the
late Princess!
