<<During the second Desmond rebellion in Ireland, led by James FitzMaurice FitzGerald, against the Protestant regime of Elizabeth I, Giacomo was proposed as King of Ireland if the Catholic faith were restored to dominance there.>>

Whenever a number of a Monarch's subjects blasphemously pretend
to have any right to "depose" that sacred Monarch,it's called a
rebellion (at best).

It is possible that the Mandate of Heaven will descend on a new
person who becomes the sole proprietor of the governance of those
people, which might graciously forgive the rebels, but impossible
for any government not owned by one person to have any legitimacy.

The World Trade Center towers MUST rise again,
at least as tall as before...or terror has triumphed.

I suspect that Chiefy is referring to the purported deposition of Elizabeth I in 1570 by Pope Pius V, who was not of course her subject. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regnans_in_Excelsis - Elizabeth I's control of Ireland was more effective at her death than at her accession.

For an example of the deposition of the monarch of one of the UK's predecessor realms which was effective on the ground, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claim_of_Right_Act_1689 (April 1689) - I realise that you may believe that the Mandate of Heaven in respect of Scotland descended on Williamandmary on the Field of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Dunkeld (21 August 1689). Although I have never been sure if you count their reign in Ireland (or indeed England) from the Boyne on 1 July 1690.

It would of course be internally inconsistent and contradictory for a Republican (such as, AFAIK, Chiefy) to also be a Jacobite and owe allegiance to the heirs of James II and VII.
