Alt.talk.royalty FAQ
http://www.heraldica.org/faqs/atrfaq.htm#p2-1
contains a section purporting to present this.
However:
It contains royalty for France. Obviously disqualified by the deadline of 1849 - France has not had a King since 1848.
However, conspicuous omissions:
In Americas, Brazil is included, and for Mexico, Habsburgs are in, Iturbides out, according to the deadline of 1849.

But for Haiti, while Emperor Dessalines and King Henri Cristophe are pre-1849, Emperor Faustin Souloque is post-1849.

Who precisely is the present Souloque Emperor of Haiti?
Also, other monarchies of America, both post-1849, include Kingdom of Mosquitia and Kingdom of Araucania.
Who precisely are the current heirs of Mosquitia and of Araucania?

The current constitution of the Kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia, amended recently during the reign of Prince Antoine IV, makes this a fully elective monarchy.

Following that constitution, the Regency Council of the Kingdom, composed of the Council of State and the Council of the Kingdom meeting together, elected Frederic Luz, born 1964 in Toulouse, France, as the successor of Antoine IV, who died on December 16, 2017.

Luz, taking the style Prince Frederic I of Araucania, was elected and inaugurated on March 24, 2018.

Get too elective and you're only mocking monarchy.

Prince Philippe d'Araucanie, Head of the Royal House of Araucania
since 1952.
born 19th February 1927 in Paris, he succeeded in having the United
States accept a representative of the kingdom of Araucania-Patagonia
as a "foreign diplomatic agent" in 1968, married 1stly, 24th June
1950, Jacqueline Dominique Marquain [Princesse Jacqueline
d'Araucanie], born 1927, died sp 10th July 1978, married 2ndly,
Elisabeth de Chavigny [Princesse Elisabeth d'Araucanie], died 31st
January 2006.
I think he has died some years back, no Heir was mentioned.

Chief Norton Cuthbert Clarence, Chief of the Mosquito Nation
possibly a grandson of Chief Robert Henry Clarence, described as
Heir-Apparent in 1977.
He too may be deceased.

Hope this helps,
Cheers,
