That clip to me looks like Queen Victoria and Prince Albert are attending a fancy dress party. The Crowns and dress are medieval in appearance.

Prince Albert would have been entitled to a Princely crown or Coronet and the only time those are usually worn is at a Coronation.

Edward VII is the one who devised the Entente Cordiale, which was
activated in 1914.

After the German army entered Paris in 1940, the Kaiser wrote in a
letter to his daughter Viktoria Luise, the Duchess of Brunswick:
"Thus is the pernicious Entente Cordiale of Uncle Edward VII
brought to nought." [Alan Palmer, "The Kaiser: Warlord of the
Second Reich," p. 226]

Albert would have made a great German Kaiser.
He of course had descendants on both sides in World War I
(including the reigning Duke of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha as well as
the Kaiser).

Dialing back the divergence point a bit...
what if Victoria had not been born and the UK and Hannover
had stayed together as of 1866?...would the Austro-Prussian
war have been averted,or augmented?

The World Trade Center towers MUST rise again,
at least as tall as before...or terror has triumphed.
