Queen Elizabeth II has once again broken the record for largest
distribution of Maundy Money,92 pence to each of 92 men and 92 women.
The Duke of Edinburgh chose not to attend this year.

The World Trade Center towers MUST rise again,
at least as tall as before...or terror has triumphed.

It bears note that besides the silver Maundy coins, the
distribution included a commemorative coin referencing
the four living direct generations:

Now less than 23 months before the record time of such
held by Victoria/Edward VII/George V/Edward VIII can be broken...

Are there records in other monarchies that rival the record created by Victoria and her direct heirs? I think the current King of Bahrain who is only 68, already has a great-grandson in the direct senior male line. If he were to reign for another 7-8 years, he could easily overtake the record of Queen Victoria.

line. If he were to reign for another 7-8 years, he could easily

At the present however he does not even hold the record for his own
dynasty. The current Bahraini monarch was born before his father
turned 17...the direct line dynasts are
Isa bin Salman June 1933-March 1999
Hamad bin Isa January 1950-present
Salman bin Hamad October 1969-present
Isa bin Salman March 1990-present
Hamad bin Isa May 2014-present

The late monarch died the day before his great-grandson's 9th birthday
despite being only 65...the current one turned 68 months ago and his
great-grandson is not yet 4.

(As you can see, similar to the Danish alternation of Christian
and Frederik, the Bahraini pattern is Isa,Hamad,Salman every
three generations though only since 1869).
