The last agnatic descendant appears to be Antonio I Francesco Farnese
(1679-1731), 8th Duke of Parma. His niece, Elisabetta Augusta Farnese
(1692-1766) is the last of line.

Cheers

Thanks all!

Sad when these noble families die out in the direct line.

But what about the bastards of Pope Paul III? Do they have any descendants today?

Play around with it, and you can make it large enough for you to read.. then there are 18 pages in all to get through..

You can download it as .pdf. I already did and could zoom in with no problems.

Also, the link provided by Maltagenealogy.com:

http://genealogy.euweb.cz/italy/farnese1.html

is based on Litta's work, but much sketchier.
